Privacy Policy

Interim notice: WonderFN is operated from Switzerland. Complete operator, postal-address, and dedicated privacy-contact details are being added. Until then, privacy requests can be submitted through a SellAuth order ticket or the WonderFN Discord linked on this storefront.

1. Who is responsible

The operator of WonderFN is responsible for personal data processed for this storefront. SellAuth and connected payment providers process data to provide hosting, account, checkout, fraud-prevention, payment, and delivery functions.

2. Data we process

  • contact and account data, such as email address and SellAuth customer-account information;
  • order data, including products, prices, currency, timestamps, status, and delivery records;
  • payment metadata supplied by payment providers; WonderFN does not receive full card details;
  • technical and security data, such as IP address, device/browser information, cookies, and fraud signals;
  • support messages, evidence supplied for a claim, and related communications;
  • public blockchain transaction information when cryptocurrency is used.

3. Why we process data

Data is used to operate the storefront, create and secure customer accounts, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, provide support, handle disputes and refunds, comply with legal obligations, and protect legal claims. Where applicable, processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the store, or consent.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be shared with SellAuth, selected payment or cryptocurrency providers, infrastructure and security providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside Switzerland or the customer’s country. Where required, recognised safeguards or an applicable adequacy mechanism are used. Cryptocurrency transfers are recorded on a public blockchain and cannot normally be erased.

5. Retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, account operation, support, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal or accounting duties. Different categories therefore have different retention periods. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised where technically and legally possible.

6. Cookies and external services

SellAuth uses cookies and similar storage required for login, cart, language/currency preferences, security, and storefront operation. WonderFN currently does not intentionally add separate advertising or behavioural-analytics services. Third-party payment pages and Discord apply their own privacy policies.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability, and may withdraw consent for future processing. Requests can be submitted through a SellAuth order ticket or WonderFN Discord. Identity verification may be required before account information is disclosed or changed.

8. Security and minors

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system is risk-free. Do not send passwords or complete payment credentials through public Discord channels. The storefront is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated when providers, processing activities, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
