Terms of Service
Important: WonderFN is an independent storefront operated from Switzerland and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games. Epic Games prohibits buying, selling, sharing, or transferring Epic accounts. A transferred account may be restricted, recovered, suspended, or terminated. Purchase only if you understand and accept this risk.
1. Scope and seller
These Terms govern purchases from the WonderFN storefront. The contractual seller is the operator of WonderFN in Switzerland. Complete operator and business-address details are being added to this interim version. SellAuth provides storefront infrastructure and is not the seller of WonderFN products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the purchase is lawful where you live.
3. Products and access types
Products are digital and may include access credentials or other electronically delivered information. Product descriptions, access level, restrictions, delivery terms, and any voluntary warranty shown on the listing form part of the contract.
- FA (Full Access): voluntary support coverage lasts 24 hours after delivery unless a listing expressly offers more.
- NFA (Non-Full Access): no voluntary post-delivery warranty is offered. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded, including claims for non-delivery or credentials that were invalid when supplied.
4. Orders, payment, and delivery
An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed and the order is accepted. Payment is currently accepted in supported cryptocurrencies; card payments may be added later. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Estimated delivery is normally between 10 minutes and 24 hours, but a listing may state a different period.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must review the listing before purchase, secure delivered credentials immediately, and avoid conduct that increases the risk of loss or suspension. You may not use the store, payment systems, or delivered material for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or infringement of third-party rights.
6. Problems with an order
Inspect the delivery promptly. FA issues must be reported within 24 hours. NFA issues should be reported immediately. Include the SellAuth order reference and a clear description of the issue, but never post credentials publicly. Available remedies are described in the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property and third parties
All third-party names, games, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Buying from WonderFN does not grant ownership of Epic Games software, in-game content, trademarks, or any rights beyond what the relevant platform permits.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WonderFN is not responsible for losses caused by customer actions, disclosed platform-enforcement risks, third-party outages, blockchain congestion, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
Swiss law applies, without excluding mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Any mandatory place of jurisdiction remains unaffected.
10. Contact and changes
For order questions, use the support function attached to your SellAuth order or the WonderFN Discord linked on this storefront. These Terms may be updated for future orders; the version applicable when an order is placed governs that order.
