Refund Policy
Summary: Digital orders are generally final after valid delivery, but this does not affect mandatory legal rights. Non-delivery, duplicate payment, materially incorrect listings, and credentials that were already invalid when supplied will be reviewed.
1. Before delivery
If fulfilment has not started, contact support immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed once payment has been confirmed or fulfilment has begun. Cryptocurrency network fees and irreversible blockchain transfers may limit the available payment route, without excluding mandatory rights.
2. After delivery
- FA products: report covered access problems within 24 hours of delivery.
- NFA products: no voluntary post-delivery warranty is provided. Claims for non-delivery, duplicate payment, or credentials that never worked when delivered remain reviewable.
Where a claim is accepted, WonderFN may first provide working replacement delivery. If replacement is impossible or inappropriate, a full or proportionate refund may be issued.
3. Situations normally not covered
Subject to mandatory law, voluntary coverage does not apply where the customer entered incorrect information, disclosed or resold credentials, changed account details contrary to instructions, lost access through their own actions, violated platform rules after delivery, or failed to report an FA problem within 24 hours. Platform restrictions and recovery are known risks of transferred gaming accounts.
4. How to make a claim
Open a ticket from the relevant SellAuth order or contact the linked WonderFN Discord. Provide the order reference, time the problem occurred, and evidence sufficient to reproduce the issue. Do not post credentials in a public channel. Claims are reviewed individually.
5. Payment disputes
Contact WonderFN before starting a chargeback or external payment dispute so the order can be investigated. This does not prevent you from exercising rights available through law or your payment provider. Fraudulent claims, altered evidence, and attempts to retain both the delivery and a refund may be contested.
6. Statutory withdrawal rights
If mandatory law gives you a withdrawal or cancellation right, that right remains available unless it has been validly waived. For immediately supplied digital content, some jurisdictions permit loss of the withdrawal right only after prior express consent and acknowledgement. This Refund Policy alone is not such consent.
